The apartment is on the ninth floor; the building has 2 elevators. All apartments has view to the street, each room has it's own windows, including a large balcony next to the living room; the size is 40 square mts.
The floor is made entirely of dark oak wood; the main room has a built-in closet that goes from wall to wall. It includes:
- air conditioned heat/cold
- 21-inch TV with digital cable (premium packages available such HBO, Maxprime)
- queen size bed
- night table with night lamp
- two bookcases
Right next to the main room you'll find a studio that includes:
- double size couch (that turns into a queen size bed)
- coffee table on which you can find the internet connection (WI-FI available), if you don't bring your own computer, there's a desktop available upon request (deposit will be required)
- wireless phone with caller ID and answering machine (only local calls available, can be used for international calling with a long distance prepaid card)
One full bathroom, with anything you need on daily basis, including shampoo and conditioning, tooth brush, dental paste, soap, toilette paper.
The dining room is between the kitchen area and the studio. You'll find:
- Two oak-color furniture's
- 1 small table with a boom box that plays MP3
- 1 round table with four chairs
- 21-inch TV with cable service and DVD player (DVD upon request; deposit will be required)
- air conditioned / heater
In the kitchen you'll have cabinets under and above the kitchen sink, also a gas range with four burners and oven. The apartment is equipped with:
- refrigerator with freezer
- microwave oven
- electric coffeemaker
- electric toaster
- juicer
- complete set of china
- 1 set of bed sheets for each week per person
- 1 three set of towels for each week per person
