Building of the late nineteenth century, typical of San Telmo, with a backyard  that converge in the apartments. The apartment has 26 m2 between the living room and the balcony. It also has a mezzanine of 18 m2 and a third mezzanine in which there is a bed.

San Telmo (St. Peter Telmo Gonzalez) is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city of Buenos Aires. Was originally called Altos de San Pedro, and was inhabited by workers of the port. Together with the nearby Montserrat was the black neighborhood of Buenos Aires, called "Barrio Sur", as opposed to the "Barrio Norte" of San Nicolas. Can still hear rhythms of Afro-River Plate as candombe on their streets.
