The two-story house is fully furnished with an elegant and contemporary mountain style. There is an open kitchen located on the first floor with all new appliances. The kitchen connects to a spacious dining room that seats eight people. The house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. It has a private balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and Cerro Catedral, the most well-known ski resort in Latin America. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor: one with a queen size bed and a fireplace and the other with two twin size beds.
The house is surrounded by a 600 square meter landscaped garden. The back of the house has an open deck with a heated swimming pool and a covered patio with a perfect barbecue. San Carlos de Bariloche, or just Bariloche, is a city in Argentina, in the province of Río Negro. Bariloche is an important tourist destination in South America and the most populated city in the Patagonian Andes, on the Southern coast of the Lake "Nahuel Huapi", some 832 km from Viedma on the eastern coast, or 1600km from Buenos Aires to the north. Its natural surroundings, including lakes, forests and mountains, the architectural style and the ski resorts are the main attractions and economic resources for this city. In summer Bariloche becomes a destination for all those who enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, kayaking, trekking, climbing, sailing and even scuba diving. Bariloche has an airport equipped for all kinds of aircraft.
