The Loft has a comfortable living room with a big sofabed and table with chairs for 4-6 people . The kitchen, integrated to the living room, is equipped with microwave , electrical hot plates, air extractor, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots and complete set of dishes for 4-6 people. In the high level, the apartments have a bedroom with a queen size bed that can be separated into two twin beds, and a big closet. The Loft is equipped with Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning and Central heating. The building has very comfortable and pleasant common spaces. The patios of grounfloor have reposeras, chairs and tables where you can relax and meet other people staying in the building . All the apartments are comfortable and luminous with view to the central patio of the house. Maid service is included twice a week with change of white clothes (sheets and towels). Laundry service is optional.

San Telmo (St. Peter Telmo Gonzalez) is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city of Buenos Aires. Was originally called Altos de San Pedro, and was inhabited by workers of the port. Together with the nearby Montserrat was the black neighborhood of Buenos Aires, called "Barrio Sur", as opposed to the "Barrio Norte" of San Nicolas. Can still hear rhythms of Afro-River Plate as candombe on their streets.
